Independent, and it matters

ATK Limited carries on information technology consultancy activities (SIC 62020), registered at Burlina Close in Milton Keynes.

We are a consultancy only. We do not resell hardware or software, we do not take vendor commissions, and we do not implement what we recommend. That is a deliberate limitation: the moment a recommendation carries a margin, nobody can tell whether it was the right recommendation.

The work is usually the same shape. Somebody is spending more on IT than they can account for, or has inherited an estate nobody understands, or has been told to move to the cloud without anybody saying what that costs in year three. We look at what is actually running, say what is worth changing and in what order, and put a number against each item.

The output is a document your board can read and your supplier can be held to. What happens next is yours to decide.
