Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website atklimited.site and any engagement with ATK Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by ATK Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 5 Burlina Close, Milton Keynes, England, MK8 1EB, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 998 492.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Consultancy — scope, independence and advice
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before work begins; that engagement document prevails over anything on this website. Advice is given on the basis of the information, access and data made available to us at the time, and the client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what it supplies. Our recommendations are advisory. Decisions, procurement and implementation remain with the client or its suppliers, and we accept no responsibility for a decision taken on a basis we were not told about, or for work carried out by a third party.
We are a consultancy only. We do not resell hardware, software or services, we do not act as an agent for any vendor, and we do not implement the recommendations we make. Where we hold any relationship with a supplier that could reasonably be seen to affect our advice, we will disclose it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, saving or performance improvement; results depend on implementation, resourcing and circumstances outside our control. A security review reflects what was visible at the time it was carried out and is not an assurance that systems are secure or free from vulnerability; it is not a penetration test or a certification unless expressly agreed. Nothing on this website is legal, financial or regulatory advice. Information disclosed to us in an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for that engagement, and where we process personal data on a client’s behalf that is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
